have you ever wondered why we always refer the ex-girlfriend/boyfriend as the ex? I mean, why do we no longer refer to them by their names? Do they rank even lower than our friends, or do they still mean something to us in some extend that we hafta refer to them as the ex, as a form of higher status over friends? Do ex-es have their rankings too? For instance, would Ex No. 1 play a more important part compared to Ex No. 2, but definitely lesser than the current girlfriend (or so we hope)?
Hmmmm. Just something to ponder over. Am gonna stop referring them as the ex-es. It's getting too confusing. What if i forget their names one day? Would i start referring them as "the ex who bought me my first bouquet of flowers" or "the ex whom i lost my virginity to"? Bwah.
